Pray for a miracle

We were called in at 6:30 this morning because Pierce's heart was dropping. They thought he was going then. Right now Lindsay is holding him in her arms while he is still hooked up to his ventilator, monitors,  and iv's. He is steady right now, which wasn't the case earlier. But the doctor do not see him getting better. Hid kidneys are sliding and they can do nothing to reverse it. The doctor has also asked for another brain ultrasound as his potassium level is back to 10. 6 is about the max for an adult. Please pray. Jesus can sustain him and know that if Pierce lives it is because the Lord has rescued him. Know this, that we are going to praise God in Christ regardless of the outcome. If Pierce lives, he is the Lord's. If he dies, he will be with the Lord. DO NOT give up praying for Pierce! God is able to sustain him. Pray for Lindsay and myself. We have never before been so broken.

Joshua made the sun stand still through his immense faith in the Lord's power over this world, life and death. Be encouraged. The Lord has you in His hands as you have your precious little boy in your's. Praying!

    Lindsay and Nik, my heart truly hurts for you and your precious family. We just said a prayer for you and baby Pierce. We had twins at 23 weeks and 4 days. Our first born went home to the Lord right after delivery, but we have a miracle daughter on earth that is 20 months old and doing great. The road is long, but God is so good.     Your faith in the face of fear is awesome. Know that "God works ALL things for the good of those who believe in Him." He is sovereign in this moment regardless of the outcome. He knows you and loves each of you more than any other person in this entire world.
